NC Hwy 87/24 (N. Bragg Blvd)
Spring Lake, NC 28390
The entrance into the park is strange. Coming from Hwy 87, you must turn onto E. Manchester Road, then turn left onto Little River Road and follow this into the park.
The park itself is really nice with three separate play structures for kids of all ages. The small toddler play structure has a padded play surface and a cute dinosaur. Our kids really loved the little hide out cave underneath and spent a lot of time playing in there.
The large play structure has a sand base and the medium sized play structure has a wood chip base.
There are swings scattered throughout the park and include two infant swings, a tire swing, and about six regular swings.
The whole playground is fenced in which is good because it’s located right next to the busy highway. It gets a bit noisy because of all the traffic. There are restrooms and a water fountain right in the playground area and surrounding the playground are baseball/softball fields and covered picnic pavilions.
Overall, this is a good size playground with lots to do but it is quite noisy at times.
